Berlitz Intensive Italian - Day Two

Well, the day started out slowly - I felt like I was even more dense than I did yesterday afternoon. But, I kept plodding along, and by the afternoon I actually did OK. And, this evening, I even rolled a few "r's", and I wasn't even trying! I still don't feel like I could hold a conversation with anyone, but at least I can hear bits and pieces of real sentences, read some paragraphs, and conjugate some verbs. My teachers think by the end of the week I'll be in good shape...if so, then it'd better pick up a lot in the next couple of days!
